Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to support sales of motors, generators, transformers, and switchgear. You will learn to identify customer needs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver solutions.

The role offers basic salary around 3,500–4,000 SGD per month, with commission, AWS, and performance bonuses. Travel to customer sites is required to develop new business opportunities and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment such as motors, generators, transformers and switchgear.
• Able to travel for customer visits and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through calls, emails, online research, and site visits.
• Generate leads and explore new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for customers.
• Conduct negotiations, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with engineering and internal teams to ensure smooth project and service delivery.
