Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Central Region, Singapore, for a permanent position. You will identify and develop opportunities in Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors, building strong partner relationships and presenting technical solutions.

You will review market trends, support pre-sales, and drive account plans with distributors and customers. A vehicle is preferred for field activities and client visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation, panel building, or related industries
• Good understanding of industrial control systems, panel assembly processes, and related components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-focused mindset
• Established network with panel builders or system integrators
• Experience working with local EPC companies or project opportunities is preferred
• Possess own vehicle to support customer visits and field activities

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors to grow market presence
• Review market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and other key partners
• Conduct technical presentations to explain Company’s solutions and benefits to customers
• Provide pre-sales and application support by working with technical teams to meet customer requirements
• Create and execute account development plans to support regional growth goals
• Work with distributors and partners to increase sales opportunities and market coverage
• Track sales pipeline progress and provide updates against targets to support business goals
• Promote Company’s product range, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet, signal conditioners, and cabinet solutions to suitable customers
• Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure effective planning and smooth execution
