Job summary

Augmentus Robotics is seeking a technical sales specialist to advise manufacturing customers on automation solutions, leveraging robotics engineering and simulation to showcase value. You will work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver compelling demonstrations that translate into practical deployments.

Collaborating with sales and engineering teams, you will identify opportunities, design customer-centric solutions, and help close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics engineering and simulation preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Self-motivated with ownership and KPI focus.

About your role

• Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing customers around automation solutions.
• Apply subject matter expertise to build and maintain client relationships and solve their complex automation challenges.
• Collaborate with sales and technical team members to help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities.
• Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solutions that solve customer pain points.
• Attractive commissions will be awarded.

Requirements

• Experience in robotic engineering and simulation work is preferred.
• Experience or keen to learn lead generation and account management.
• High willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals.
• Comfortable with travelling internationally for work.
• Ability to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs.
