Responsibilities

• Attend to clients: Engage with clients and address their requests and enquiries.
• Conduct assessments: Perform site assessments and surveys to provide accurate information.
• Prepare documents: Create work quotations, risk assessments, pre-condition reports, and other necessary documents.
• Manage schedules: Oversee work schedules to ensure efficient project completion.
• Conduct briefings: Provide briefings to the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Site visits: Visit project sites to supervise works and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage finances: Handle billings, operating costs, and invoices to maintain financial stability.
• Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
• To be self-driven for success, able communicate effectively and engage clients proactively.
