Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate sales learning programs and training while creating impactful enablement content, tools, and resources.
• Develop and manage end-to-end sales education programs, from new hire onboarding to advanced consultative selling.
• Drive go-to-sales communications that connect business strategy to seller action and execution.
• Support commercial initiatives, product launches, and strategic programs through sales readiness and adoption activities.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate commercial priorities into scalable learning and enablement solutions.
