Job summary

camac talent is partnering with a high-growth AI fintech to hire a GTM Lead in Singapore. The role focuses on building and scaling regional sales, developing key relationships across Private Equity, Investment Banking and Tier 1 Consulting, and owning the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will collaborate with Product & Growth teams to refine the offering and represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Private Equity, Investment Banking or Tier 1 Consulting.
• Proven B2B sales experience within a venture-backed / high-growth environment.
• Strong network across the regional financial services market.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and commercial skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable building something from the ground up.

Following significant recent funding, they’re now expanding their commercial presence globally and looking for a GTM Lead to help build and scale the market.

The role will involve:

• Building and executing the regional sales strategy
• Identifying and developing relationships across Private Equity, Investment Banking & Tier 1 Consulting
• Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through to customer success
• Building strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders
• Working closely with Product & Growth teams to shape the offering
