Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at intermediate/advanced level.
• Meticulous and organized with the ability to work with numbers and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business data contexts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management to present insights clearly.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to finance, economics, business, or data analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service sales and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that improve sales performance.
• Maintain and track sales and operations dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports to ensure up-to-date performance monitoring.
• Support sales performance reviews and conduct ad-hoc business analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports to maintain reliable information for stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights to support sales decisions and actions.
