Job summary

Telistar Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven candidate to join the Business Excellence team in Singapore, supporting data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

This role suits fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years’ experience who want to develop skills in business excellence and operational support. You will prepare dashboards, collect data from multiple sources, and use Excel to identify trends and drive actionable insights across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Very good Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and detailed reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and management updates to support business excellence initiatives
• Collect, consolidate, clean, and maintain accurate business data from multiple sources for analysis
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and highlight operational areas needing attention
• Develop and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and databases with precision and accuracy
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance metrics to support decision-making
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process guidelines
• Perform data validation and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and follow up on outstanding items
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Business Excellence projects and initiatives
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational support as required
