You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to purchase and follow-up, ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, providing informed recommendations, developing new sales opportunities through referrals, and collaborating with the retail team to maintain high service

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and promote its premium lighting and luxury home décor range to customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations, information and recommendations to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to purchase and follow-up.
• Develop new sales opportunities through customer follow-up, referrals and other appropriate business development activities.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to support sales activities and maintain high service standards.
• Share relevant customer feedback and product enquiries with the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist with day-to-day showroom and retail operations as required.
• Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Update product information, promotional materials and other relevant digital content.
• Support the company's online presence through timely and accurate content updates.
• Perform other relevant sales, marketing, customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
