You will manage client relationships, coordinate timelines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and superb customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in sales, events, account management, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in client engagement and deal closure
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Effective problem-solving and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as event demands
• Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify client event needs and recommend tailored event solutions within budget
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients
• Generate new sales leads and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue
• Coordinate event planning activities including timelines, suppliers, logistics, manpower, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to align event execution with client expectations
• Manage event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of event requirements
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, schedules, and event deliverables for profitability and quality
• Resolve last-minute operational issues during events to maintain service standards
• Provide excellent customer service and conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
