About the Role

Love cars? Always on social media? Think you have what it takes to sell?

We’re looking for Sales Creators — a new generation of automotive sales talent who are just as comfortable creating content on their phones as they are engaging customers on the showroom floor.

As a Sales Creator, you don’t just wait for customers to walk through the door.

You create opportunities.

Create engaging automotive content. Showcase our cars. Start conversations online. Generate showroom traffic. Meet customers. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives. And turn those opportunities into sales. From social media to the showroom floor, roadshows and automotive events, you’ll connect with customers wherever they are.

What You’ll Do

• Create Content — Shoot and edit engaging short-form automotive content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
• Showcase Our Cars — Learn Subaru vehicles and technologies inside out and bring them to life through engaging walkarounds, demonstrations and product presentations.
• Create Conversations — Engage potential customers through comments, DMs, enquiries and face-to-face interactions.
• Generate Opportunities — Turn digital engagement into appointments, showroom visits and test drives.
• Sell — Understand customer needs, follow up on leads and turn opportunities into new car sales.
• Get Out There — Engage customers at our showroom, roadshows, launches, test-drive events and major automotive exhibitions.
• Work as a Team — Collaborate with our Sales Consultants while developing your own sales skills and customer pipeline.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of automotive experience. What matters is your passion for cars, personality, digital instinct and drive to succeed in sales.

You should be:

• Genuinely passionate about cars and automotive technology — even better if you already have an interest in Subaru.
• Comfortable with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and understand what makes engaging short-form content.
• Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar apps.
• Confident communicating online, on camera and face-to-face.
• Creative, energetic and willing to try new ideas.
• Commercially driven and motivated by results.
• Keen to build a career in automotive sales.
• A holder of a valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving licence.

Fresh diploma and degree graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in sales, retail, customer service or content creation is an advantage, but not essential.
