Job summary

BENEL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, sales orders, and service orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor orders from initiation to fulfilment, respond to enquiries by phone and email, and support order-related issues.

You will plan local delivery routes and prepare invoicing documentation, ensuring smooth daily deliveries. The role requires 2+ years in sales coordination, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination.
• Experience in using ERP System eg SAP/Oracle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Issue quotations, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
