Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support / Quotations Specialist to work with the external sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and strategy.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, manage sales administration, update CRM and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and timely feedback.

• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, data entry, and proactive follow-up on quotations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and help identify new sales opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone or email to generate leads and maintain engagement.
• Ensure that contract terms align with company policies and monitor timely payment collection.
• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems accurately.
