Job summary

CEELECT AVIATION PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and order processing.

This office-based position demands strong communication skills and attention to detail, along with a basic understanding of MYOB accounting software. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and invoicing.
• Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Perform data entry and accounting tasks using MYOB.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries.
• Handle customer enquiries and support after-sales service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Perform general administrative duties for the sales team.
