Job summary

JTC Aviation in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant to support the sales team with orders and administrative tasks, and to ensure on-time fulfilment.

You will follow up with customers on order status, coordinate with purchasing on stock replenishment, and use SyteLine ERP to keep processes smooth. This role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule and aviation industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales support experience in Aviation / aerospace
• Good computer skills & able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with orders and administrative tasks
• Follow up with customers on order status and fulfilment
• Coordinate with purchasing on stock replenishment
• Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled on time
• Work with the team using SyteLine ERP
