Job summary

SGP Healthcare Investments PTE. LTD. operates a network of medical aesthetic clinics in Singapore and abroad. This role offers structured on-the-job training and the chance to develop skills in medical aesthetics while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work alongside doctors and clinic staff to support daily treatments, handle inquiries, and maintain records and hygiene standards. The position involves weekend shifts and a five-day work week with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Follow hygiene and grooming standards for customer-facing healthcare environment.
• Able to work with weekends and flexible hours.
• Willing to participate in training and skills development.
• Prior experience in aesthetic/beauty/healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
• Qualifications in health sciences or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day treatment and customer-care activities with doctors and clinic team.
• Undergo structured on-the-job training and competency assessment for aesthetic procedures.
• Perform skin, body and/or hair analysis for customers.
• Explain treatment options and recommend suitable packages.
• Perform non-medical treatments per training and clinic protocols.
• Attend to customer inquiries and arrange appointments.
• Manage your own appointment bookings and records.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Handle administrative duties as assigned by Branch Manager.

SGP Healthcare operates a group of medical aesthetic clinics in Singapore, with regional operations in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.

This position offers the chance to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment alongside doctors, therapists and management professionals. We are looking for people who are adaptable, willing to learn and committed to professional customer service and to developing their skills in medical aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside doctors and the clinic team in supporting day-to-day treatment and customer-care activities
• Undergo structured on-the-job training and internal competency assessment for relevant aesthetic therapy procedures
• Perform skin, body and/or hair analysis for customers
• Understand customers' concerns and give appropriate information on available treatments and services
• Recommend suitable treatment packages based on customers' needs and established clinic protocols
• Perform assigned non-medical skin, body and/or hair treatments in accordance with training and clinic protocols
• Attend to customer enquiries and arrange appointments
• Manage and follow up on your own appointment bookings
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and machines in accordance with clinic operating and hygiene procedures
• Make sure treatment consumables and customer amenities are adequately replenished
• Maintain appropriate customer and treatment records
• Perform other reasonable operational and administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager or management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves communication with customers, doctors and colleagues and the preparation of work records
• Follow clinic hygiene and grooming standards appropriate to a customer-facing healthcare environment
• Able and willing to work clinic/retail hours, including weekends
• Able to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team
• Comfortable working in a service and sales-oriented environment
• Comfortable using common IT systems and devices, including laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Willing to participate in continuous training and skills development
• Prior experience in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness or healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential
• Qualifications in health sciences, nutrition, food science, biomedical science, physiotherapy, pharmacy or related disciplines
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NITEC, WSQ or other relevant spa and aesthetic therapy qualifications

SALARY AND KEY BENEFITS

• Salary range: SGD$2500 to $4000 per month, based on relevant experience, qualifications and the responsibilities of the position
