Job summary

GUADUA HARDWARE TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across our locks and ironmongery portfolio. You will visit customers, develop new accounts and reactivate dormant clients while leading the sales team to hit targets.

The role requires a commercially driven professional comfortable in the Singapore hardware trade, with a track record of expanding customer bases and improving margins.

Qualifications

• Experience selling hardware, locks, ironmongery or related trade products.
• Ability to develop new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for locks, ironmongery and architectural hardware.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular customer visits.
• Identify product gaps, opportunities and coordinate with procurement on sourcing.
• Protect margins while driving growth across existing and new customers.
