Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore seeks a VIE in Sales to assist in shaping commercial offers, primarily for maintenance, services, and spare parts. You will ensure compliance, coordinate review processes, and collaborate with Bid, Operations, Legal and Finance to drive offers to contract.

The role requires a bac+5 level degree with tech exposure, plus experience in international commercial activities and proficiency in English and French. Willingness to travel in the Asia region is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in IT/electronics/commerce with a tech exposure.
Experience in industrial commercial/marketing environments.
Knowledge of international offers: Incoterms, contracts, letters of credit, etc.
Strong MS Office and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare commercial offers, mainly for maintenance, services, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance and validation reviews (Chorus) are followed.
Coordinate with Bid, Operations, Legal and Finance to finalize the offer and contract entry.
Negotiate offers with customers until contract signature and internal recording.
