Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, style-driven, and customer-obsessed Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our brand, you won’t just be selling shoes—you’ll be curating style and delivering a vibrant in-store experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Styling: Welcome store visitors with energy, share brand stories, understand their aesthetic, and provide tailored product and sizing recommendations.




• Sales Excellence: Actively drive personal and store sales targets through proactive engagement, styling advice, and upselling/cross-selling (footwear care accessories, apparel, socks).




• Store Visuals & Standards: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising (VM) standards, ensuring display shoes, shelves, and POP materials are clean, aligned, and replenished.




• Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with receiving incoming stock, price tagging, sensor application, and maintaining a neat, accessible backroom for quick retrieval during peak hours.




• Cashiering & Operations: Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions (cash, cards, digital wallets) accurately and handle product exchanges according to brand policy.

Requirements

• Passion for footwear, streetwear, lifestyle fashion.




• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (fresh graduates or candidates with high energy and passion are welcome).




• Confident communicator with an outgoing and positive attitude.




• Able to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.




• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and handling stock movement.
