Job summary

KIOXIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate/Executive to drive revenue growth, manage end-to-end sales, and oversee inventory controls. You will collaborate with HQ and logistics teams to optimize product placement and customer experience while meeting divisional objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B environments, strong client management, and data proficiency. A Marketing-related degree is preferred for this position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B, manufacturing/electronics/FMCG distribution preferred.
• Experience in front-end client management and back-end order fulfilment.
• Data proficiency with MS Office.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales: manage pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales activities; build strong client relationships.
• Account Administration: ensure accuracy in customer data, pricing, and records; process rebates and track receivables.
• PSI & Inventory Control: manage PSI reports; monitor trends, control budgets, reduce aging stock monthly.
• Business Operations: coordinate with 3PL providers and internal logistics for shipments; assist with returns and documentation.
• Market Intelligence: analyze sales data and forecasts; support product lifecycle activities like EOL/PCN.
• Collaboration & Audits: identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, handle ad-hoc tasks and audits.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate/Executive to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. This role involves end-to-end account management, inventory (PSI) control, and executing targeted marketing strategies. You will work cross-functionally to optimize product placement, elevate customer experience, and meet divisional objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Sales: Manage pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales activities while building strong, long-term client relationships.

• Account Administration: Ensure absolute accuracy in customer data, pricing, and system records. Process rebate calculations and track accounts receivable.

• PSI & Inventory Control: Manage Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) reports. Monitor market trends, control budgets, and reduce aging stock on a monthly cycle.

• Business Operations: Coordinate with 3PL providers and internal logistics for shipments. Work with HQ on return processes, turnaround times, and documentation.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data and forecasts to provide actionable insights. Support product lifecycle activities (EOL and PCN operations).

• Collaboration & Audits: Identify process inefficiencies, propose workflow improvements, handle ad-hoc assignments, and support company audit activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 3 years' experience in B2B environments, manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution is highly preferred.

• Experience in both front-end client management and back-end order fulfilment.

• Data Proficiency (MS Office etc)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or related field.
