Job summary

Sincere Watch Limited in Singapore seeks Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service at Time Emporium in Changi Airport. You will demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, and build client relationships while maintaining boutique standards.

The role requires luxury retail experience, flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
• Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
• Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
• Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
• Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
• Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
• Processing of credit card & cash payments
• Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
• Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join us as Sales Associates in the travel retail sector, delivering exceptional customer experiences at Changi Airport for our Time Emporium brand.

Working Hours:

AM Shift: 0530hrs to 1545hrs

PM Shift: 1400hrs to 0015hrs

*one-way transport will be provided for opening/closing shift

Off Days:

11 off days per calendar month

Responsibilities:
