JOYALUKKAS Jewellery International Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Happiness Executive in Singapore to maximise store revenue by delivering exceptional service, sharing in-depth product knowledge and building lasting relationships with every customer.

You will warmly greet shoppers, guide selections, upsell where appropriate, maintain premium in-store visuals, manage stock and CRM records, and contribute to training and performance reviews to uphold the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in jewellery retail or luxury goods is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell while maintaining customer trust.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Customer Happiness Executive will be responsible for maximizing store revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and building lasting customer relationships, while serving as a brand ambassador committed to professionalism and integrity.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relations

• Warmly welcome customers and build genuine relationships to understand their Jewellery preferences and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery items, confidently guide customers through selections while highlighting product features and craftsmanship.
• Drive sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs, current promotions, new product launches and in-store campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by cultivating a personal client base, managing after-sales support and follow-up to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care and promptly escalatte to the Store Manager if required.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure all Jewellery displays are clean, visually appealing and securely arranged to maintain a premium in-store presentation.
• Assist with daily stock audits, documentation of incoming and outgoing stock and reconciliation of physical counts with system records.
• Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager on stock transfers and inventory replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth operations.

Other Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company SOPs and local regulatory requirements, while following anti-theft protocols, opening/closing checklists, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the POS and CRM systems.
• Submit daily sales reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting key customer feedback, fast and slow-moving stock and operational challenges if any.
• Actively participate in monthly performance reviews and training sessions as advised by the Branch Manager to support continuous development and improvement.
