Job summary

TSL COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is hiring a customer-focused retail associate to assist walk-in customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a smooth shopping experience at Takashimaya/Raffles City.

You will manage stock, maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with headquarters for timely updates on store operations and stock status. A fast, independent, friendly worker with a positive attitude is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers to build positive customer relationships.
• Advise customers accurately by staying informed about products, new launches, and promotions.

• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
• Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies during stocktake exercises.
• Manage store inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to consistently enhance product presentation.
• Perform monthly housekeeping to uphold store cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with headquarters by providing timely updates on store operations and stock status.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Other Information

• Location: Takashimaya/Raffles City
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts 9.30am - 3.30pm or 3.30pm - 9.30pm (1-hour unpaid break)
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
• Pay: $14/hr
