Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. You will educate customers about products, assist with in-store promotions, and contribute to achieving store goals.

The role involves assisting across departments, maintaining visual presentation, and participating in stock and POS tasks. A friendly, proactive attitude and flexibility for shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency: Word, Excel and Email; able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs’ service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Assist in departments within the store: customer service, product knowledge and visual presentation.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Lead by example and collaborate with management to improve sales KPIs.
• Follow Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance.

As a Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world class service to our valued consumers every day. What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16 years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Salary or Pay Range: $11.44 - $13.17
