THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Technical Sales Engineer / Application Engineer to support the sales team in pre-sales activities and deliver technical content.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a salary range shown in the posting. You will prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors, and internal staff, and participate in customer visits and design reviews to capture requirements and translate them into

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience in technical sales and customer-facing roles.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team in pre-sales activities: technical clarification, feasibility checks, cycle-time and energy calculations, ROI justification.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors, and internal staff.
Participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews; capture requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Provide structured feedback from customers and applications to product management and R&D for roadmap and product improvements.
Contribute to application notes, best-practice guidelines, and reference designs.
