Job summary

technomate pte. ltd. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily tasks and drive sales initiatives in Singapore.

You will identify potential customers, perform site surveys, prepare proposals and contracts, and negotiate while adhering to pricing policies. You will build strong client relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate with Operations on project execution, and assist in invoicing and payment processes.

• Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily tasks.
• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts, identify potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring pricing policy compliance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, support customers in project requirements and enquiries.
• Pursue new projects and markets to optimize deployment of company assets and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Operations and customers on scope of work and project executions; respond to requests, clarify, and resolve issues.
• Assist Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statements of accounts; facilitate prompt payments.
• Identify new market trends and seek opportunities; generate monthly management reports.
• Use ERP system to complete daily tasks and assist in system implementation and improvements.

Job Description:

• Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
• Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
• Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.
• Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
