Responsibilities

As Vskin Beauty Lounge specializes in skincare and anti-\-aging treatments while placing strong emphasis on client satisfaction, trust, and long-\-term relationships, the role requires the ability to effectively communicate the value of treatments, understand client needs, generate and convert leads, strengthen client retention, and support the overall growth of the business. Throughout the attachment, the trainee will gain hands-\-on experience in developing marketing initiatives, managing sales activities, monitoring performance, engaging existing and potential clients, and building strategies that increase both client satisfaction and business Growth.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to increase awareness of Vskin Beauty Lounge and its anti-\-aging and skincare services.
• Identify potential customer segments and develop appropriate approaches to attract new clients.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through social media, digital marketing, referrals, walk-\ins, campaigns, and other channels.
• Convert enquiries and leads into consultations, appointments, treatment packages, and repeat business.
• Develop promotional campaigns, packages, memberships, seasonal offers, and client retention initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, repeat visits, and campaign results.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, clients, sales activities, and follow-\ups.
• Work closely with Director to understand treatments and communicate their benefits accurately to clients.
• Develop marketing content and coordinate promotional activities across relevant digital and offline channels.
• Manage and strengthen the clinic's social media presence in alignment with the Vskin Beauty Lounge brand.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improving products, services, and customer experience.
• Develop strategies to increase client retention and encourage repeat treatments and referrals.
• Build long-\term relationships with clients through professional, personalized, and consistent communication.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and developments within the skincare and anti-\-aging industry.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and recommend actions to improve business performance.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities represent the values and professional image of Vskin Beauty Lounge.
