Job summary

Private Advertiser's aesthetic clinic is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate / Skincare Specialist to welcome clients and tailor premium skincare recommendations. No aesthetic experience is required; on-site training will be provided.

Luxury retail experience is highly preferred, and candidates should be passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and building long-term client relationships. Weekend and public holiday availability may be required to meet the clinic's targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer-facing or sales experience.
• Luxury retail experience is highly preferred.
• Extremely passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and beauty.
• A good eye for beauty and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and sales-driven.
• Confident and willing to learn about skincare and aesthetic services.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a premium customer experience.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Explain skincare products and aesthetic treatments clearly and confidently.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Follow up with clients and assist with appointment bookings.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets.
• Support front-desk duties and daily clinic operations.
