Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a motivated Diploma student to support the Revenue Management team in Singapore. You will coordinate programs, track progress and assist with analytics, dashboards and communications. You will help onboard new colleagues, manage system access, and maintain SharePoint and BI models.

You should be proficient with Excel, Power BI and the PowerPoint suite, with a data-driven mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across clusters.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma in a relevant field such as Business Management, IT, Analytics or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Analytical and commercially minded with strong dashboard maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Program coordination and tracking for key initiatives (UpsellGuru, eLearning, Rate Parity Score, STR evaluations).
• Assist in communications and distribution of Revenue Bytes and internal newsletters.
• Provide operational, analytical and administrative support to Revenue Management.
• Support onboarding including system access setup and folder permissions.
• Validate inventory data and consolidate dashboard reports for properties.
• Maintain SharePoint content and validate Power BI dashboards and BI models.
