Superstar Teacher Pte Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Singapore. You will engage with parents at our outlets, understand their needs and recommend suitable learning programmes for their children.

You will drive sales, follow up with interested customers, and support promotions and roadshows while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to purchase.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and listen to customer needs.

Who You Are

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Confident speaking with customers and making sales recommendations
• Customer-oriented and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
• Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
