What You'll Do

• Engage with parents, understand their needs and recommend suitable learning programmes
• Follow up with interested customers and drive sales conversions
• Work towards individual sales targets and performance goals
• Support retail promotions, roadshows and other sales activities
• Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to purchase

Who You Are

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Confident speaking with customers and making sales recommendations
• Customer-oriented and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
• Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
