Golden Offshore is seeking a diligent Sales Admin to handle the issuance of DOs and sales invoices promptly. The role requires attention to pending inquiries, PO accuracy, and shipping terms, while serving as the SME for queries and quotations for key Class A customers.

Proficiency in Excel and the ability to multi-task are essential for success. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and hold at least N/O/A Level, ITE, or Diploma qualifications, and be capable of managing multiple

• Relevant working experience required.
• Candidates must possess at least ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Issue of DOs / Sales invoice in a timely manner.
• Check for outstanding or pending enquires and follow up on Customers/ vendor PO.
• Check and acknowledge for PO accuracy – price, stock availability/terms/shipping terms.
• Be a subject matter expert of all queries and quotation of class A key customers.
