Position Summary

The Sales/Admin Assistance provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by handling quotations, order processing, customer communications, inventory coordination, and documentation management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day sales operations and delivers excellent customer service for industrial C-parts products such as fasteners, washers, shims, O-rings, clips, cable ties, springs, and other production consumables.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

• Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely manner.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and sales documentation.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order confirmations and communicate order status updates.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.

Order Processing & Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery.
