• Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely manner.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and sales documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order confirmations and communicate order status updates.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery.
• Track backorders and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist in expediting urgent customer orders when required.

Position Summary

The Sales/Admin Assistance provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by handling quotations, order processing, customer communications, inventory coordination, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration
