Job summary

APPLIED TOTAL CONTROL TREATMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team with quotations, contracts, and CRM data. You will coordinate with finance and logistics to ensure timely orders and deliver accurate reports.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in administration or sales support, strong MS Office skills, and good communication. This role offers a hands-on environment in a manufacturing setting across Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, sales support, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management to facilitate daily sales operations
• Prepare and process accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to support sales activities
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Track sales targets and performance metrics to assist in monitoring team progress
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries to provide timely and effective support
• Coordinate with finance and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Organize and maintain digital and paper sales files for easy retrieval and compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to inform management decisions
• Perform additional ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support team needs
