Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore. The role offers SGD 12–15 per hour, 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday half day, and a start with training provided.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, manage orders and payments, and support the Sales Team with essential admin tasks. O-Level with 1 year in sales coordination is preferred; training is available for those with lesser experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level with 1 year in sales coordination or sales support.
• Experience with customer service and sales processes preferred.
• Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries via telephone, fax, and email.
• Prepare product brochures and information for customers.
• Handle quotations, orders and payments; follow up as needed.
• Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and monitor fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments and DOs for local deliveries.
• Provide admin and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
