Job summary

Henry Marine Technology PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Spare Parts & Sales Admin Assistant to join our team as the vital link between customers and our parts inventory.

You'll handle spare parts inquiries, prepare quotations, DOs, invoices and sales orders, and follow up on enquiries to close the loop. No experience is required as full training is provided on our systems and parts catalogue. The role requires attention to detail, bilingual English, Mandarin and Malay, and comfort with MS

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay (we work with an international clientele).
• Detail-oriented - precision matters when handling marine parts & documentation.
• Mature, independent, and a proactive team player.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Singaporean/PR only.
