Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage existing accounts, drive sales and coordinate delivery. Based in Macpherson, Singapore, the role requires client servicing and relationship building with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm, with a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 plus commission and performance bonus; 14 days annual leave and medical benefits are provided. Join an established retail advertising and display solutions team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, sales support or customer-facing sales roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, organised and able to multitask.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Handle feedback, resolve issues and follow up closely.
