Job summary

ENGIE in Singapore is seeking a proactive Safety Support role to assist in evaluating and enhancing safety processes within the department. You will help implement workplace safety initiatives, coordinate with teams for timely project completion, and support day-to-day operations including admin tasks and event organization.

The role also requires collaboration with various departments to align safety objectives and provide ongoing assistance, contributing to a cohesive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field is required or in progress.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling data/documents.
• Ability to analyze information and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and enhancing safety processes within the department and make recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives in workplace safety.
• Support project management by coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion and high quality.
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities, including admin tasks, document prep, meeting scheduling, and event organization.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand safety objectives and provide assistance as required.
• Provide general support, troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure a seamless safety workflow.
