Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to drive safety at project sites in Singapore. Lead WSH meetings, conduct site inspections, audit actions, and provide EHS support to the project team.

Plan and maintain an effective EHS management system on site and enforce safety standards under the Workplace Safety and Health Act. You will conduct regular inspections, prepare safety reports, assist in safety certifications and awareness programs, and ensure legal compliance with statutory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry.
• Possess relevant safety certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course)
• Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety Health and Environment
• Familiar with ISO 45001 documentation.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office

Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions. Provide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) support to the Project Team Plan, implement and maintain effective EHS management system at project sites. Conduct team / individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act Ensure legal compliance as per statutory requirements. Conduct regular WSH inspections on general safety practices and audit to ensure that staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and executive of safety programmes

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry
