Job summary

Limelite Productions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE professional to develop and implement health, safety and environment policies across project sites in Singapore. You will lead the Safety team, conduct toolbox talks, perform on-site safety inspections, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires strong knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems, excellent people management, and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH is required.
• Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA is required.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management System is required.
• Excellent people management & interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement HSE policy, programs & procedures.
• Ensure safety matters comply with statutory, contractual & management system requirements.
• Oversee Safety team in implementing safety system at project sites.
• Conduct toolbox meetings.
• Perform construction site safety inspections & site walks with client & subcons.
• Identify unsafe work practices and conditions; recommend controls to project team.
• Prepare/review Risk Assessments/SWP/Method Statements/Permit-to-Work; maintain records.
• Inventory management for PPE.
• Support haze and pandemic activities.
• Respond promptly to incidents & accidents.

• To ensure all safety matters are in compliance with statutory, contractual & management system requirements
• To oversee and lead the Safety team in the implementation of company’s safety system at project sites
• To conduct toolbox meetings
• Perform construction site safety inspections & attend site walks with client & subcons
• Identify unsafe work practice and work condition & recommend control measures to project team
• Prepare/Review Risk Assessment/SWP/Method Statement/Permit-to-Work for all project works. Manage and maintain/update these safety records & checklists
• Inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Support haze and pandemic activities
• Respond promptly to incidents & accidents

Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or its equivalent
• Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA
• Have a good knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Have excellent people management & interpersonal skills
