Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites a skilled Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety on-site in Singapore, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and ISO alignment where applicable.

You will lead safety teams and subcontractors, conduct regular inspections and briefings, promote safe practices, investigate incidents, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Specialist diploma in Workplace Safety & Health is required.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WSH compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain safety policies and management systems.
• Lead Safety teams and subcontractors on site safety.
• Conduct inspections, safety briefings, and awareness programmes.
• Promote safe work practices and continuous safety improvements.
• Support ISO standards and emergency response procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and follow up on findings.

Education
