KVMP Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced and safety‑minded Lifting / Scaffolding / Piping Supervisor to lead lifting operations, scaffold and piping activities, and maintain a safe work environment on site.

You will supervise riggers, signalmen, crane operators, and ensure compliance with local regulations, review lifting plans and JSA, and coach crews across multiple projects.

Formación

• Must possess a valid Lifting Supervisor certification recognized in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, crane operations, and lifting equipment.
• Strong understanding of piping installation, construction drawings, and site coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot or repair welding sets is highly advantageous.
• Able to understand and implement lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate lifting and rigging operations at project and customer sites.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, working at heights protocols, and local safety laws.
• Perform regular inspections of scaffold components before and during use.
• Assist with tack welding and root pass techniques during urgent situations or training.
• Ensure lifting activities comply with lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and SOPs.
• Interpret ISO drawings to guide installation and fabrication; brief riggers, signalmen, crane operators on requirements.
