Asiagroup Leasing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee safe lifting operations on construction or oil and gas sites in Singapore. You will coordinate with operations, safety teams, and customers to ensure permits, certificates, and equipment readiness are met.

You will supervise site activities, verify safety devices, and maintain daily audit records while promoting safety culture and ensuring timely submission of documents and timesheets to the operations department.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in construction/oil and gas site coordination with knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
• Possess lifting-related certificates: Lifting Supervisor, BCSS Certificate, SWSHPP, WAH-Supervisor, Rigger/Signalman Certificate.
• Strong communicator, mature, well organized, able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Plan, supervise and coordinate all lifting activities with personnel and equipment engaged in lifting operation in close coordination with HSE.
• Supervise, coordinate and ensure safe lifting operation at site.
• Ensure all safety devices are installed and functioning properly by conducting daily implementation and audit for all lifting devices.
• Coordinate with Operation Department for deployment of equipment and manpower.
• Coordinate with customer at site to ensure all required passes, lifting appliances, gears and machines certificates and other documents are valid to facilitate the lifting job.
• Follow site safety rules, practices and assist site team in promoting safety on the site.
• Ensure delivery orders and timesheets are submitted to Operation Department upon completion of job.
• Other duties as assigned by Operation Manager.
