Job summary

Link2 Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Safety cum Environmental Control Officer to oversee safety, health and environmental compliance across construction sites in Singapore. You will implement HSE systems, manage site risks and promote a strong safety culture while coordinating with project teams.

The role requires WSQ Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health, relevant environmental/engineering degree, valid WSHO and ECO certifications, and 2–5 years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree in Environmental/Construction-related discipline.
• Valid WSHO and Environmental Control Officer certifications, including registration where required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health Management System and Risk Management framework.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental legislation, ISO standards, and project specs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, safety walks and environmental assessments.
• Identify and manage workplace hazards, unsafe conditions and environmental non-compliances.
• Assess risks relating to work activities, machinery, vehicles, dust, noise, and waste.
