Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inspections, audits or safety responsibilities.
• Experience presenting safety data in reports/briefings.
• Ability to manage data and analyze trends using digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools for safety management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly safety inspections and site audits.
• Conduct safety investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Disseminate lessons learned and track safety incidents and trends.
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and report non-compliance.
• Organise unit-level Safety Days and safety education materials.
• Maintain audit readiness for internal and safety system audits.
• Serve as primary contact with Army Safety Inspectorate on regulations and surveys.
