Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment coordinator to oversee daily safety inspections across sites and coordinate investigations and corrective actions. The role involves organizing monthly training, facilitating toolbox talks, and reporting safety performance to strengthen compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in logistics or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and exposure to Lean/Kaizen methodologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections across assigned sites and follow inspection schedules.
• Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver monthly safety training and toolbox talks.
• Compile safety performance data and prepare materials for safety cadence meetings.
• Support safety activities across multiple customer and operational sites.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive continuous safety improvements.
