Job summary

HP is seeking a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to lead Source to Pay transformation initiatives across the Sourcing/Procurement organization in Singapore. The role oversees end-to-end delivery, balancing scope, budget and quality, while coordinating multiple workstreams, geographies, and executive stakeholders.

You will translate executive strategy into actionable plans, drive governance, and ensure measurable business value through cost savings, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.
• Monitor resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure resource availability.
• Work with Finance to handle budgets and spend.
• Translate strategy into actionable program plans.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
• Establish governance and provide executive status updates.
• Lead organizational change management and adoption strategies.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
