Job summary

Brenntag Singapore seeks an experienced S&OP and Planning leader to own the end-to-end S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory and storage capacity. You will validate forecasts, manage exceptions, and drive trade-offs with commercial and operation teams to ensure achievable, cost-efficient plans.

You will lead inventory optimization, working capital efficiency, and risk management, while establishing KPIs and governance for reliable planning and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, engineering, or supply chain leadership including ownership of S&OP.
• Deep understanding of Procurement & Planning best practices and supply chain management principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a disciplined S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory and storage capacity.
• Validate demand forecasts and forecast accuracy to justify inventory investment.
• Lead risk management and trade-offs with stakeholders to finalize the sales plan.
