Marketnode is building the digital-assets infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. This hands-on leadership role puts you at the centre of tokenisation platforms, smart contracts, and cross‑chain integration, blending Web3 with regulated financial services to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead an engineering team of ~10 across Singapore and India, own end‑to‑end architecture, drive delivery with Product, ensure security and observability, and mentor engineers to raise the bar on

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional software engineering and technology-delivery experience.
• Four+ years leading teams or major technical initiatives in digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation.
• Hands-on software engineering and architecture capabilities.
• Experience delivering blockchain applications across multiple networks.
• Experience with regulated-token patterns and integration with Fireblocks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical ownership of the RWA tokenisation platform.
• Define and evolve the target architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Lead smart-contract development across EVM, Stellar and Solana.
• Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Maintain security, observability and maintainability of the platform.
